症状：

当主机运行 VMware ESXi 6.0.0 build-6921384（或更早版本）时，

 

Unity LUN 未出错。

升级到 ESXi 6.0 build-10474991 后开始显示错误。 （HBA 驱动程序 2.1.50.0-1vmw.600.3.57.5050593 和更高版本）

PowerPath:Path "vmhba2:C0:T2:L14" is changing to on from dead.

 

原因：    原因（来自 VMware 的驱动程序团队）：

与 ESXi 6.0 P06 相比，ESXi 6.0 EP15 发生了变化：

在报告了 H:0xc 错误的情况下，我们会在驱动程序层重试 命令，而不是在 HBA 层尝试。这样做是为了避免适配器队列已满的情况。

 

变更：    升级到 ESXi 6.0 build-10474991 后开始显示错误。 （HBA 驱动程序 2.1.50.0-1vmw.600.3.57.5050593 和更高版本）

 

解决方法： 按照 VMware HCL 安装 HBA 驱动程序 2.1.81.0（或更高版本）和固件 8.08（或更高版本）

 

注意：    在有 VNX 和 V-max 存储的其他环境中，并且在上述任何版本中都不会出现错误。
