Avamar Cannot browse VMs while adding VM clients

新規に仮想マシンのイメージバックアップを取ろうと 仮想マシンとしてのクライアント登録を行いました。

vCenter配下のVirtual Machinesから右クリックメニューを表示し、 「New Client(s)...」を選択したら

下記のメッセージが出て先に 進むことができません。。。（Avamar OS:7.2.1）

下記のKBよりもバージョンが高いため合致しているとは思えず、
