VNXe 3200 报警，控制器间的通信bus故障
报错信息：the disk processor enclosure has faultde.this may have occurred because of a faulted sp.identify and fix the issue with the sp.if the problem persists,contact your service provider.
The internal bus on your disk processor enclosure has failed.The internal bus provides connectivity between the two storage procssor.
帮组中给到的解决方法是：in most cases,shut down the system(power down) resolves the issue and returns the system to an operational state.
请教：两个控制器之间的通信有什么作用，现在报通信问题会有什么影响呢？

你好！
两个SP是互为冗余，一个SP有问题了，另一个SP可以顶上去。
你现在是有一个SP故障了，所以重启一下SP看看能不能恢复。

设备已断电重启过，故障依旧存在，从管理界面查看只有DPE报错，SP A SP B都没有错误信息。

你好！
还是某个组件有问题了。如果SP A和SP B都没有问题的话，检查一下bus连线和端口。
如果试了下问题还没解决的话，打4006700009售后电话，远程拨入看一下。
