VNX3100重启后，不能通过管理IP访问管理界面，IP可以ping通

那说明你的存储在不断重启，你可以通过串口线进去看看在启动过程中是不是报了什么错误，再根据提示做相应的操作

进入com，检查信息如下：

您可以尝试一下命令：

1）svc_rescue_state -c

2）svc_shutdown -r

系统重启后应该就会恢复到正常模式了
