硬盘更换后，显示Unbound 状态，但0_0_3一直显示Rebuilding状态，并且write cache无法启用，从底层是否可以修复？

卡在Eualizing的case一般都升级至Level 2工程师，我列一下相关的KB，你参考看看吧：

Contact Technical Support Level 2 (TS2) for assistance. EMC Sustaining Engineering has a recovery procedure for this "stuck equalize" issue that refers to various revisions of FLARE none of which are current.

Warning!  Do NOT trespass any LUNs without first contacting TS2. When the "stuck equalize" issue happens on certain versions of FLARE code, data corruption may result if a LUN is trespassed.

看了下RG_SHUTDOWN_CONT_CM_TIMEOUT_PANIC的KB：https://support.emc.com/kb/487238 ，并不是完全对应stuck equalizing的问题。他的注释还要求看一下ktrace，根据他的建议来做吧。这位应该是Level 2了。
