If you are able to get to the Unisphere login for SPA or SPB, you can see the IP of the control station there. Right click it and select the certificate always.
After that you can close the window and re-open using the control station IP and you'll now be able to login directly!

这句提示是证书过期了，但是看到Valid To 2019年，可能系统时间不对？可以确认下CS上的时间和本机时间是否一致。
如果时间没问题，照着重新生成一下证书试试，参考KB: VNX login with Unisphere fails with 'Certificate has invalid date' message.https://support.emc.com/kb/76210 或者帖子：NSG2初始化完成后通过Unisphere登录时出现Certificate has invalid date

CS应该没有/setup页面，SP才有。
这台机器JRE有升级过吗？换台机器再试试呢？也可以尝试将CS IP加入Java信任列表，参考：VNX故障诊断经验分享
问题一. 为何将Java从6升级到7或8， 原本可以管理VNX阵列的Unisphere突然无法使用了呢？(EMC KB 176712)
原因： 在Java7 更新版本51以后，安全级别默认被调成了高级(High), 没有通过证书认证的应用都会被屏蔽。
解决办法：将VNX管理IP添加到Java可信任列表
还有一招，安装Unisphere Off-array工具，本地机器上装上再直连CLARiiON、Celerra、VNX的IP地址试试：

各个版本的jre都试过了，浏览器也所有的都试过，网络也是通的，网络也是通的，而且登SP的IP是正常的，只是无法登CS，在Unisphere上无法管理CS

能登陆SP的话，印象里记得可以从Unisphere看到CS的？(手边全是Unity、VNX了，一下子找不到Celerra的测试机..)。如果可以的话，参考这篇帖子的方法，接受一下CS的证书看看：[SOLVED] Cannot Access EMC Unisphere - Celerra NX4
