摘要：          Dell EMC PowerPath for Windows PPRemoveAll 错误：0x8007064a - MsiEnumPatchesEx：本产品的配置数据已损坏。

 请与您的技术支持人员联系。

 

问题：         在 PowerPath 升级期间，服务器在安装 EmcpClass 驱动程序时意外崩溃。

 

此外，通过使用 /r switch 运行 PowerPath 手动卸载将提供错误：0x8007064a - MsiEnumPatchesEx：本产品的配置数据已损坏。请与您的技术支持人员联系。

原因：         此问题是由 EaseUS Partition Master 造成的。

 

变更：             升级至 PowerPath 6.X3。

• 运行 EMCPower.X64.signed.6.3.b231.exe /r.

 

解决方法：       执行以下步骤：

 

• 删除陈旧的 EmcpClass 驱动程序。

 

"C:\Program Files\EMC\PowerPath\ppinstall.exe" uninstall -inf "D:\Utils\EMC\PowerPath\PowerPath\Drivers\emcpclass.inf" - rootdevice default -force -limited -clean -verbose -logfile "C:\ProgramData\EMC\PowerPath\logs\EmcpClass_Uninstall_Date.log"

 

• 卸载 EaseUS Partition Master

 

• 执行主机重新启动。

 

• 安装 PowerPath。
