关于Disk Power Saving Status状态？

平时没注意过这个状态，是否有官方推荐配置！

就是磁盘省电的一些选项。

关于一些限定条件，LZ可以参考这个。

What are the conditions for enabling Power Saving on VNX RAID group?
 
  Product: VNX
 
  In order for eligible RAID group disks to transition to the low power state, the following conditions must be met:
 
  • Power savings settings for the RAID group and storage system must be enabled.
  • All disks in the RAID group must be qualified and eligible.
  • All disks in the RAID group have been idle for at least thirty minutes.
  • Replication software is not installed on any LUN in the RAID group.
  • The RAID group does not include MetaLUNs.

多谢支持！

这个设置是自动么,开始部分日立硬盘没配置RAID Group,并且只有这部分这个功能是Enable的Yes状态,那这个问题我可以忽略...

如果磁盘(或RAID group)在一定时间内（30分钟）没有I/O访问，那就降速甚至停止电动马达起到省电的目的。一般热备份盘或unbound的盘可以考虑开启，一些买来VNX、CLARiiON只用来做周期性备份或轻量文件访问（非上班时间无I/O）的也可以开启。如果是普通的数据库、交互型应用的，在生产LUN上开不开都一样，通常很少30分钟都没有I/O的。
