Check cable status. This fault appears when you have SPE SPS outputs not connected to boot chassis.
Be sure to connect SPE power supply A to SPS A and power supply B to SPS B. Connect power supply A of the boot chassis (Bus 0 Enc 0) to SPS A and power supply B of the boot chassis to SPS B.
In addition, connect the signal cables from SP A to SPS A and SP B to SPS B.
