New array need to be connected with one of VPlex cluster first if new array is not the one of original two arrays. Any way, VPlex can do migration between arrays or cross the site (clusters).
2,If you want to migrate all data(logging volume ,meta volume,data) from a old array to a new array with VPLEX ,you need need migrate the vplex logging volume and meta volume to new array.
3,I suggest you use the vplex extent mobility feature migrate the data from old array to new array.
How to migrate the logging volume to new array ,you can use the solve desktop generate a document.
How to migrate the meta volume to new array,you can use the "meta-volume detach-mirror" and "meta-volume attach-mirror" commond.

2 step: Please generate migrate data from old array to new array documents;
VPlex:
VPlex Procedures -> Administration Procedures -> Manage -> Management Procedures -> Migrate data from old array to new array
