RecoverPoint Windows异构测试卷不可用问题
求助！
环境
1，存储Source:VNX5300 Target:CX4 120
2，RecoverPoint SE 4.1 保护LUN 300GB 日志卷50GB
3，操作系统：Source:WIN2008 R2 X64 Target:Win2003 Stand x32
4，数据卷格式：NTFS 基本卷
状态：
同步完成后，Target 用Test Copy 中的logged access选择last copy，确认完成后一切正常，提示Mount数据卷，在Target Win2003上挂载测试数据卷，显示未知初始化磁盘，无法挂载和使用，（但可以初始化并格式化）
问题：
（从原理上来说是可支持异构的，因为有使用Win2003挂载Win2008的格式化磁盘）1，在Recovepoint下是否支持Windows不同版本的异构灾备数据实现。
麻烦答疑！

用右边操作栏里的“开始一个讨论”来创建帖子提问或者分享，这样创建出来的帖子
默认就是在你所在的版块的，避免帖子被无意中创建在了个人版块内。

Resolution
Workaround :
There are two ways to workaround this problem.
Workaround 1:
1.Enable Image Access using the RPA Console.
2.Scan for LUN with kutil or mount with kutil and you will get an error
For detailed instructions, reference the EMC RecoverPoint Administrator™s Guide. This document is available on Powerlink. Navigate to Support > Technical Documentation and Advisories > Software ~ P-R ~ Documentation > RecoverPoint > Maintenance/Administration.
Within the document, go to Testing, Failover, and Migrating > Accessing a replica > Enabling image access.
3.Remove Image Access using the RPA Console
4.Using Disk Management, right-click the device and select Initialize > Format the LUN.
5.Enable Image Access using the RPA Console
6.Mount the LUN using kutils.
Workaround 2:
1.Enable image access using the RPA Console. Reference step one above for details on how to do this.
2.Reboot the remote host.
Permanent Fix :
Install Microsoft hot fix using Microsoft Article ID 916048 "You experience problems when you use the Microsoft Storport storage driver for host bus adapter removable storage on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003" or upgrade to Microsoft Windows 2003 Service Pack 2.
