Cause
This warning indicates the email server is not configured correctly for RecoverPoint to access.
Resolution
To address this issue, check the communication between the RPAs and the server (SMTP/ESRS/FTPS) used for SYR (for example, ping, firewall, etc). Check the SMTP server to allow the RPA to relay the email.

简单来说就是RPA无法和邮件服务器建立通讯，有可能是没有配置，或者通讯故障，或者服务不可用。
确保smtp服务可用，网络正常，可以用命令smtpping。
核对配置https://support.emc.com/docu47348_RecoverPoint_4.0_Administrator's_Guide.pdf?language=en_US，查看“How to configure system notifications”和“How to ensure that system notifications are configured correctly”这两个章节。
