The Clariion CX700 flare code level are not running

Open an SR with Support. Have you tried to reboot the management server ? Are you able to log-in to SPs via putty ? Delete all cookies and cache of ie & then try. What do you mean data is unavailable ? Did you check through cli ?

CX and CX3 array have end of service;

Hosts have lost the LUN ,so the data can't connect;

execute the naviseccli ,"Management Server is not running"

First thing is to try to make the management server up....

But most likely there is a hardware problem. You can get SPCollects logs and ask someone to analyze it. CX700 has been EOSL, maybe your local resellers can help you.

PPP拨号不行；

现在情况是：

    1.控制器能够ping通；

    2.navisphere登录为unkonwn状态，硬件信息全无，ip/setup能够到登录界面，但无法登陆；

    3.光纤端口没有光信号；

    4.所有应用系统无法访问磁盘；

尝试过办法：

   1.通过EMCRemote连接，进入底层，执行hfon，flarestart.bat,flareandlayer.bat等步骤，重启控制器还不行；

   2.recover image也已经做过，但还是不能带起flare code;

   3.EMCRemote进去，通过psmtool list可以看到文件，psmtool status显示为good,但psmtool show DataArea看不到东西。

控制器的告警灯在闪烁吗？？

串口显示启动到“int13 - GET DRIVE PARAMETERS (Extended) (1672)”

If they aren't steady green, problem exists with controllers.

这种情况 你就必须re-image了 重新恢复系统吧。

已经recover image，但还是不行...

Flare服务还是没能起来。
