VxFlex 3.0.769 install failed as can't join SDS into MDM

Env: CentOS 7.6 VxFlex 3.0.769

1. Install by Gateway

2. At last configuration step, SDS can't join MDM cluster in Gateway

3. Try scli --add_sds_device --sds_ip 192.168.18.103 --protection_domain_name default --storage_pool_name default --device_path /dev/sda Error: MDM failed command. Status: Could not find SDS

4. If maintain in gateway, find SDS not with check mark in form
