Good morning,
I cannot turn on my Inspiron G3 15-3579. I press the button, but it is not turning on. Obviously, I put the charge adapter which is working. Why I cannot turn it on?
1- Is it a button problem?
2- Battery problem?
Do I need to send Technical Support repair service?

I had sent it.
Update about the trouble
It is turn on one time. But the screen was black. Only the keyboard light and sound fan told me that it was on. During 20 minutes nothing happened. So I pressed the button again to turn off. But i cannt turn on again.
