ESI的安装问题

准备安装ESI (emc storage integrator 1.3 for Windows)，用于在Windows上管理存储。请问ESI只要安装在用于管理的Windows主机上就可以了，还是需要在管理主机和将会使用到存储的被管理主机上都要安装？

我看文档上说只要安装在管理的Windows主机上就可以了。

2.ESI的全新安装步骤如下：

• 双击ESI.setup.X64。弹出“Installation Wizard”对话框。会自动列出相关配置。
• 点击“Next”。弹出“Ready to install”窗口
• 点击“Install”。ESI会被安装在默认位置。
• 点击“Finish”。完成ESI安装。
