Can I use DELL Professional P2416D?
HI.
This is my system.
Product Name: GA-B150M-D3H (1.0)
Video: Onboard (Intel(R) HD Graphics 530)
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K Skylake;
Operating System: Win 10 64-bit;
Memory : 8GB * 2
Q1. Can I use DELL Professional P2416D with 2560 x 1440?
Q2 Can I use 2560 x 1440 with 60Hz?

The answer is, Yes, technically.
But we can't sure about the product that doesn't made by us, Dell.
Please ask Gigabyte again.
HD530 on Skylake CPU is more powerful then everyone think. (If you don't try to play heavy game.)
Your mainboard has HDMI 1.4 Port x1. And this supports 2560 x 1440 @60.

Hi.
frequency is also no problem.
Technically HDMI 1.4 supports 2560 x 1440 at 60Hz.
