我alienware是m14r2，近期发现两个问题。

首先第一个是光驱的问题，光驱在读一些dvd时很正常，可以自动播放等等，但某些光盘则无法读出内容，显示光盘内容为空，且感觉默认成将要刻录的光盘。这个问题如何解决？

第二个问题是最近我更新了一下声卡的驱动，sound blaster recon3di，结果导致了声卡控制面板无法打开了，出现了framework的报文，见最后。重新安装驱动也好，安装framework4.5也好都无法解决问题，声音有，但是面板无法打开了，我也更新了bios驱动和主板驱动，也依然不行。
