AW2720HF, Aurora R10, does not appear in AWCC
Hello,
I have this monitor AW2720HF that does not appear in AWCC (Alienware Command Center). My rig is Aurora R10 Ryzen edition. My keyboard and unit appear in AWCC but not the AW2720HF. I installed the drivers etc. still nothing. Can anyone help?

Did you remember to connect the USB upstream cable?
