AW3418DW, how can I fix this?

Anyone can help me fix this? Or should I send it back to Amazon?

The AW3418DW has an IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel. When the Response Time set to Super Fast or Fast mode, there is overdrive action performed on the IPS panel to reduce the response time to 4ms and 5ms respectively. With this aggressive overdrive on the IPS panel, there will be slight ghosting effect which can be seen when there is moving image. This is a limitation of all IPS panel versus TN (Twisted Nematic) panels (for example the AW2518H) in terms of response time versus ghosting effect trade off.

This monitor is performing as designed, and is a normal characteristic of the IPS panel. You can overcome this issue, by setting the Response Time to Normal.
