Alienware Keyboard | AW510K Continuously Disconnecting and Re-Connecting
I was playing video games one day and mid-battle, my keyboard's RGB lights go dark and become un-useable. Then I start hearing the Windows disconnecting noise you hear when you unplug a USB or something, then the reconnecting noise. And it won't stop now, it's disconnecting and reconnecting fast enough I can't run a troubleshoot because it disconnects itself. I've already gone through and removed the device and tried to re-install the drivers from the Dell Website from the respective page but not after tried to run update checks on the device and it was already up to date. I ran and did the updates on my computer because I thought that could be the issue but to no avail. I even went into the device manager and change it so the computer couldn't disconnect the device.
My PC specs if they're needed are:
Alienware Aurora R8,
9th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9 9900 (8-Core, 16MB Cache, up to 5GHz with Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology),
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti,
I have two monitors hooked up to the computer:
Alienware 38 Curved Gaming Monitor - AW3821DW, 37.5" ,WQHD, IPS Nano, 1ms,144Hz, G-SYNC
and Alienware 25 Gaming Monitor - AW2521HF
I assume the distributed power may be the issue but if it's not and I can fix it, I'd like to. Because this all worked fine up until a point but I've had it for a little while.

After searching forums all over and going through Alienware tech support for nearly a weak we couldn’t fix it. I still don’t know what it was but I just had to get a new keyboard. I got the same one and haven’t had any issues, I’m guessing the wires or something somehow got damaged or a circuit.
but no it wasn’t solved and I just replaced it.

I also have the same problem, but it seems to be isolated to the machine it is connected to. I have a powered KM switch (Keyboard Mouse, no Video) I run it through and it only happens when I switch it to my work laptop. I cannot install the Alienware software on the work laptop (a Dell I5 Windows 10 Enterprise build 19044.2604 Windows feature experience pack 120.2212.4190.0) because it is not approved by my IT manager, but I suspect that is what the problem is, or the issue would also happen when connected to my Alienware M15-R6. Any fixes, work arounds, suggestions?
Thanks
