Area-51 R7, AW768 keyboard, problem with lighting
Hi
I have an Alienware AW768 but I have an issue with the lighting. Around 5 keys will not illuminate certain colors when I use the latest version of AWCC.
I’m running an Alienware Area-51 R7 Threadripper system.
I have also factory reset the keyboard several times with removing the usb cable for 10 seconds each time
Attached some pics so you can see what I mean, the best color is red which causes the number 8 not to light up but does fix the issue with the other keyboard keys.

That may be a hardware issue.
Have you tried using the keyboard in a different PC to see if the issue follows the keyboard?
You might also try plugging it into a different USB port and uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers for it.

Hi
i put it on a non Alienware pc and it’s the same problem on keyboard layout
Also I factory reset the keyboard on the Alienware pc (in command fx)and when choosing a color on it comes back
