Aurora R11, liquid metal on cpu and gpu 30xx series

Do we benefit from using liquid metal on cpu(delid) and gpu?

I'm eager to put liquid metal just to get extra lower temp. Don't care about warranty.

Liquid metal is a metal or a metal alloy which is liquid at or near room temperature.
A few elemental metals are liquid at or near room temperature. The most well known is mercury.

This wont work on a cpu and will short out everything as its conductive so I have no Idea what you are saying.

Are likely referring to something like this: liquid ultra

These are corrosive towards aluminum, and electrically conductive.

They are overall a bad idea to use, especially on an Alienware.

These are mostly used in cases where every degree counts for overclocking reasons.

Alienwares are not designed for extreme overclocking and even if you shave of a few degrees it will not make a difference in the end.

As far as delidding goes, again only for extreme overclocking sessions.
