Alienware Desktops

Aurora R12, are my temps normal?

Recently I bought an Alienware Aurora R12 and it has been pretty good so far. The only problem is that my cpu is much hotter then my gpu. On my gpu I get 30 to 35 degrees idle and 40 to 55 when gaming(higher when playing pretty intense games). On my cpu though, it is 45 to 55 on idle and about 70 when playing games (higher when play more intense games of course). Is this normal? It is water cooled btw

Specs:

11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 11700F

RTX 3080

38 GB of ram

Yes, those temperatures are good. You could tweak the fan curves for the case air flow with Alienware Command Center if you wish to shave off a few more degrees.

Your temps are good. 75-85C is within expected temp range while gaming. If you begin to see temps 95C and above, then you've got a problem.
