Aurora-R6, BIOS update failure

Question

Just installed a BIOS update from Alienware Support today and during the process it shut down the desktop. When I turn it back on, nothing comes up and the fan is just blasting (a lot more than usual which is very quiet) and it shuts down. Tried a couple more times, get the same behavior. I believe this is still under warranty since it hasn't been 1 year that I bought it. Any thoughts on what can be causing and how I may fix this? or should I just take it back to Best Buy? Thanks!
