Aurora R6, disk usage 100%

So I've had my Aurora A6 for about a year without issue until recently, the disk usage is at 100% more often than not and my read and write results are pretty awful. I haven't changed or added any parts except for adding some ram a couple months back. I have googled for solutions but I haven't found anything that has worked. I was wondering what would be the best plan of action for my scenario?
