Aurora R7, upgrade help

Hi, I was hoping to update my computer system futher since its coming up to 2 years old. It's currently starting to struggle with my 2560x1440p in terms of High let alone Ultra settings.

GTX 1060 GB - OC'd +200 core +600 mem

16 GB stock Ram, whatever the kingston

Intel I5-8400

Stock 1TB HDD / 500 GB Samsung EVO SSD (OS on it)

Alienware MB VDT73

I know the 9th Gen intel processors will not fit which is a massive bummer, is there anyway to keep the case and maybe switch that out aswell? Not really sure what to upgrade first in terms of going for best performance in terms of no frame drops and high quality. Also have the stock fan mounted heatsink, should I look into a water cooler for it instead?

Is there much I can upgrade in this PC or is this one of those prebuilt your stuck

i7-8086K CPU

Corsair Hydro Series AIO CPU Liquid Cooling (push/pull)

RTX 2080 Super graphics card

850 watt PSU

Change out the OEM fans to something cool & quiet

. . . I think this would work

Followup, if you have the base 460w psu, then you'd need to upgrade that first, though, to get a top GPU in there.

I would start with upgrading the GPU if you plan on keeping the PC.
