Aurora R8, does not recognize headphones

Hello,

I have installed Alienware Command Center Suite 5.2 and the Alienware Gaming Headset drivers version 2.06 for the AW988 wireless gaming headset, but I am unable to use these headphones with my Aurora R8 at all. Any ideas?
