Aurora R8, missing game download codes
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I just received a new Alienware Aurora R8 and it seems to be missing the game downloads from AMD. Do those get mailed separately or will I get an email with them?

I have been waiting for about 2 weeks from their support staff to provide a code that was advertised. They seem to not know that they are doing this promotion.

You should receive that to the same registered email than when you bought the system.
How long ago did you buy the system?

I ordered it on January 31st. I was able to chat with a rep yesterday and was told it could take up to 10 days after I receive the pc, which I got on Saturday the 9th.
