Forza Motorsport 7 redeem problem
For days I've tried everything. Ms support dell support and again. Link is not working, there is nothing to get or redeem in my library! So im waiting for a proper solution, a redeemable code or refund for £50 so i can buy one for myself. Moderators please don't close this topic im coming back here and keep on calling till someone sorts this out for me!

For everyone having this issue, send me a PM (private message).
* Go to the top of this thread
* Click the Envelope
* Click the blue "New Message" box
* Paste my name Alienware-Eimy into the "Send to" blank
* Click my icon. My name should now be listed in the "Send to" blank
* Message Subject = Forza Motorsport 7 redeem problem
* Message Body = (We must have the following information so we can escalate to Microsoft directly)
- Alienware Service Tag
- Full name
- Telephone number
- Store App Version
- Impacted Microsoft Account
- Case number with Microsoft (if you contacted them)

Hi @istee,
Send me a PM with the following information so I can escalate this with MS directly:

I have the same issue. I've raised it with Microsoft who haven't even bothered to respond to my communication and Dell have also raised it, but with no response either

Can you help me also please, just taken delivery of an Alienware 17 R4, which was supposed to come with Forza 7, but just can not get this to show in my library.

Eimy! It won't let me PM you but I am in the same boat as all these people. This is very frustrating, I contacted Microsoft and they said it's up to dell.
