How do I contact my tech person for a different problem

Hi,

i have worked with a great tech support person. How do I contact him on different technical matter? I don’t have his 7 digit phone number (for obvious reasons).

Yeah it **bleep** when you need to call back and cross your fingers you speak with someone actually helpful. Perhaps they will be able to look up "notes" of your previous conversation and find the name of the agent.

You cannot contact the same agent even if you knew his name. Remember that phone support is primarily for computers still under warranty. Problems for out of warranty hardware should be posted here for free help from other users. You can ask about any computer problems here--hardware or software. You can also search the forum for similar problems that might have been answered.

My Aurora R7 is under warranty until 3/2021. 
 
I am trying to deal with the out of warranty people to get them to put in a Huntkey 850w PSU. Mine came with a 450 PSU.  I have a new one in a box next to the R7.
