X51 R2, 3rd party case, stuck on Alienware head on boot

Hey guys,

I have a question regarding my Alienware X51 R2. Last year we put everything in a new case so that my Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB would fit into my computer for VR game development. It runs flawlessly, that is if I get into windows itself. Most often upon boot I just stuck at the Alien head and nothing happens, it's why I always put this desktop into sleep instead of off.(it's quite annoying). I hope somebody would be able to help me out here as it's really annoying. It's basically stock X51 R2 but with a 1060, and a new Samsung SSD(running two drives and new power supply) , led connectors are not used due to not having any LEDs. Upon boot it tells me "Alert! Power sensor failure" I can skip this no problem. After that it's just the alien head staring down on me, after 3 times windows repair boots. Or if I'm lucky windows itself does.
