15R2 without discrete graphics card?

So I was looking into buying a 15R2 from the outlet, it had a 240W power brick listed in accessories, but only Intel HD Graphics, no Nvidia card was noted. I called up Outlet sales support, and he said as far as he could tell, it was just the Intel integrated graphics, no discrete card installed.

Is that even a thing? I thought all the current Alienware laptops came with some form of Nvidia card installed.

RE: 15R2 without discrete graphics card?

If no GPU is listed, it's likely the 15 R2 comes with the R9 m395x.

Look in the parts list, and if you find an "AM" in the assembly model part number (the same part number would also list the CPU), then the laptop has AMD GPU.
