4 hours on the phone to technical support

Hi

Has anyone tried to have a service call in China for a UK purchased machine.  For the last 3 days have been getting told in the UK I have an international warranty but China Dell refuse to repair as I am told I don't have international warranty.

When I purchased the extended warranty I specifically asked if this was an international warranty and before I purchased the machine originally I asked the same question.

Around 20 calls made now and spend many hours on calls to still have a laptop which is not working.  

Keep getting sorry but that's not fixing my laptop and I must have spent a small fortune on calls now.
