Alien Respawn
I have re-installed Windows 10 on my Alienware 17 (mid 2013) and when updating Respawn, somehow the PE Environment partition was gone, and Respawn then proceeded to un-install itself.
Now that I tried re-installing Respawn, factory set-up error 2 pops up every time. Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue?

Hi,
Unfortunately, Alien Respawn does not work properly with Windows 10. Try using Dell Backup and Recovery instead.

It is the same issue again. And the programme shows Alien Respawn, not DBAR.
When I access the programme and click on Create Factory Recovery Media, there's a prompt asking if I want to "Rebuild my Recovery Environment", to which I click Yes. It then proceeds to prepare the Hard Drive, but when it moves on to Preparing Recovery Environment, it fails to do anything.
