AlienRespawn; Unable to launch Winpeshl.ini
Hello guys,
I have a M11x R2 and i have been trying to restore to factory setting after using it for school. I don't have the recovery cd. I've been trying to use alienrespawn but whenever i try to restore it, there is always a problem of winpeshl.ini not being able to launch.. I've tried create a factory cd on 3 different hard drives but i still unable to restore due to this file which is present but unable to launch. Does anyone know what i can do overcome this problem?

Hello,
Try to reinstall the Alien Respawn program. Click here for the download link. If it continues to give you the same problem, click here to view an article from the Microsoft site in regards to the “winpeshl.ini” file. There is a possibility that a malware or virus may have corrupted the recovery partition, making it inaccessible. In that case you would need the Windows media to reformat your Hard Drive and reinstall Windows.
