Alienware 14 Headphone Jack Broken
I purchased this computer in mid 2013. Since the purchase, the primary headphone jack had not been functioning, however the headset jack had. The headset jack recently stopped working, so now I can't use any headphones at all. The headphones are not broken, as they work on other computers. My question is: does the XPS First Class Service warranty cover this? Am I able to have this repaired under the warranty?

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the audio driver?

Uninstalled and re installed the same version for the same effect. After you suggestion, I uninstalled and updated and it works now! Thank you very much for your help.
