Alienware 15-R2, Formatted OS, cannot install AWCC?

Please Help me !
I have alienware 15 R2 I5 6300HQ GTX 965m MOTHERBOARD VERSION A02 BIOS 1.3.6

I did a format and i can't even install ALienware Command center 
I tryied all version that i have in site alienware Nothing is working all time the same Message
!!! software not compatible with this Compter !!!!
i tried UEFI or Uefi with legacy room nothing change all time
!!! software not compatible with this Compter !!!!
