Alienware 17 HDMI Audio Problem
Hey guys, I'm having a really frustrating problem here. I am trying to connect my Xbox to my laptop via the HDMI port. The video works fine, however, the audio does not play at all.
When I switch my graphics card (FN + F5), under audio devices, the NVIDIA HDMI Output shows that it is "not plugged in". Here is a screenshot. Also, I am not sure which graphics card I am running on when I switch it, and not sure which one is showing the NVIDIA HDMI and the one that is not.
Also, here is a screenshot of my audio drivers.
If you need some more information I would be happy to give it; I am just unsure what to do.

Hi!
It's possible that you don't have the right settings for HDMI-IN. You can try to re-install the audio drivers and do a clean installation of the Video driver, or check some of the solutions that have worked for other users. Check this thread.
I would also recommend to check with a different HDMI cable just in case.
Let me know how it goes!
