Alienware 17 R4 BSOD no boot

Hi,

I've had my laptop for less than a week and it crashed which resulted in a bsod.

It gathered some information and tried to restart, this just resultes in doing a media check and shutting down. The test came back as all clear but then came up with "No bootable drives".

But now I can't boot into the bios or boot setting as whenever f2 or f12 are pressed it just goes onto a black screen with the fans slowly working up to their full rpm  and then stopping.

I've lost all my faith in alienware goods no as all three items I've had have broke or been faulty. My last laptop arrived with faulty hardware, my mouse broke within 2 months and this laptop hasn't even lasted 7 days :(
