Alienware 17 R4 - Tobii Eye Tracking not detected in "Device Manager".

My Tobii Eye Tracking worked well when I got my Alienware 17 R4 , but after several months, it dosen't work and shows someting like "no Eye Tracker connect".

I tried several ways, like:

uninstall all Tobii software and re-install the latest Tobii Eye Tracking software.

update divers of my labtop.

Update the System Bios to version 1.1.9 or higher from the Drivers and Downloads page.

Now it shows like these screenshots:

eyetracking set updevice manager

Please tell me what can I do?
