Alienware 17 battery wear
I have just received my alienware 17 last week, first time I checked the battery wear with epsa it was at 0%, two days later I checked again and it was at 5%, and today it is at 7%, why is it wearing down quickly?????!!! I used several softwares to make sure that the wear level is correct. At that rate I'll have a dead battery after about 4 months!

Please run another ePSA and the AlienAutopsy battery test and send me the results.

Just post the results from the battery test. How much did you get on battery wear level for the ePSA test?

Make sure you have the latest BIOS A09 and do a power drain (disconnect AC adapter and battery, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds).
Then run the test again and if the you get the same results, send me a private message with your Service Tag so I can review your case further.
