Alienware Area 51 ALX Bluetooth Problem
I've had real problems trying to get the bluetooth to work on My Alienware Area 51 ALX. Is anyone else having this problem with their Alienware PC? Has anyone with this problem been able to resolve it?

yes it's the Dell Wireless 365 Bluetooth Adapter, yes it's listed in the device manager and yes the Bluetooth icon is enabled on the taskbar. I've managed to add a bluetooth mobile device which wasn't easy because it failed many times but eventually worked, however when i try to transfer a file between the pc and mobile device it fails every time. I've installed the latest driver from Dell as well. Can you help me sort this problem out?

Are you referring to the Dell Wireless 365 2.1 Bluetooth Adapter? Is it listed in the Device Manager? Is the Bluetooth Radio icon on the taskbar Enabled?
