The Area 51 is either 16,16,4 or 16,8,8.

Here, Here. I also would like to hear about the delay problems from someone in the know. I've just been given a week extra to completion date. Would appreciate any encouraging or factual news.

It's not just the Alienware PCs. All of our Desktop lines have delays. It seems there is a backlog from the manufacturers on many Desktop PC components (video cards, CD/DVD drives, hard drives, etc.).

The active venting comes with the Aurora ALX, Area 51 and Area 51 ALX. The only model that does not include this feature is the Aurora (non-ALX).

Yes both the ALX and the base have the active venting system.
