Alienware Factory Disk Problem

Dear friends,

i am a new member of the forum,
I got an Alienware M17xR4 laptop, and want to make a Factory Recover Disk using AlienwareRespawn, but when i launch the application, just got an error, about the image is missed ou damaged...

The second problem is when i try to make a factory recover disk using pendrive , just can't find any pendrive,so i can't click start.
And when i put DVD to make the disk, got an error about copy error...
