Alienware M14x R2 Boot Problems

I'll just cut to the chase.

Upon booting, my laptop gives me the following message:

Check cable connection.

PXE=MOF  Exitting Intel PXE ROM

NO Boot Device Found

I have run diagnostics, and it has reported a "healthy machine."

Edit: Called customer service and need to have the hard drive replaced.
