Alienware M15x "Your power supply is not the recommended 150w"
Hi guys. the past few days i noticed my performance on games wasn't the best. When i turned my laptop back on i received the message "Your power supply is not the recommended 150w" When i get into the pc the performance is really bad and im getting maybe 10 fps on a low level game when i used to get 60.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi!
It seems like the computer is not recognizing the AC adapter and is running on battery. Make sure the battery is still charging and check if the BIOS says AC adapter type "unknown".
You should also try a power drain (disconnect AC adapter and battery, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds) and changing all your power settings to High Performance.
