Please visit the product support page, enter the Service Tag and click on "Submit".
http://dell.to/117d6Zu
Click on the "Drivers & Downloads" tab and click on the "Analyze System for Updates" tab. This will redirect to the page that contains the Dell Driver Analyze Utility. Click on "Yes, I agree" to continue.
