Alienware M18x BIOS Install Issues

I want to reinstall my BIOS because every time I power my laptop up from Restarting or Shutting Down, the speakers arent recognized, and my Volume icon in the system tray has a red X over it, and when clicked says that there are no speakers plugged in. I always have to put my laptop to sleep, close it for 5-10 minutes, and open it, and then the speakers are magically recognized. Recently, even when the speakers are recognized, theres no sound produced from them and I have to use headphones to hear things. Someone told me that my BIOS was probably to blame.
So I downloaded the BIOS from here at the Dell website, I try to run it (as Administrator) and this is what it gives me:

Does anyone have any idea/insight on this? I dont know what any of this means.
