Alienware R3 17 Keyboard Lights revert to Default on startup.

Hi, just bought a new R3 17" laptop and already have 2 issues:

1. Intel display keeps failing and recovering when surfing the net.

2. Keyboard lights are saved to a new theme and never changed but they keep reverting to the default setup when rebooting the laptop.

Any ideas?
